Im experienced in Residential, commercial and Industrial HVAC. I am a big believer in repairing your system versus replacement...when it can be repaired. Im old school....like to fix it! Most companies today stress sales and profit over customer concern. New techs are "salesman" first....fix it comes secondary. I service the entire coastal bend area. I prefer Residential service as I enjoy meeting people. I service,repair or replace all systems. Heat pumps,split systems, self contained,mini split systems...etc. I install alot of whole home stand alone dehumidifier systems. I stress preventative maintenance..very important. Originally from New Jersey. I moved to Portland in 2011. Very experienced in gas and propane furnaces and even oil fired systems! My schedule is Monday through Sunday. I never charge extra for weekend work. I give 10% discount to senior citizens, veterans and law enforcement. I charge on a flat rate system..not hourly. So if a repair takes an hour or an entire day..same price. Im an honest person and always explain or show the customer what the problem is and go over options for your repair. I offer preventative maintenance agreements which include 15 percent discount on any parts needed. I also perform warranty repair as well. I am state licensed and TDLR background checked.
